Why do you use a fixed fee for your commission?
I work just as hard for all my clients no matter what price their house sells for. Using the percentage fee model just doesn’t feel right to me. My fixed fees are much lower than a percentage fee and give sellers more of their investment back.

What do you charge for marketing?
Several different advertising packages are available- at a fixed price. Together we can decide the best marketing plan for you. Professional photography and high profile tools like Domain and Realestate.com are available to help you sell your home quickly. I don’t upcharge any of the advertising products.

What if my house sells before it goes to market?
Any advertising dollars that have not been spent will be returned to you.
